Delivery Policy

Get FREE Standard Delivery (3days) when you order from Spartan supplements Or Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery for just £4.99!

Standard Recorded Delivery is free for all UK addresses. You will be able to track your items and must sign for them upon receipt of products.

We do offer the option of Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery for just £5.00. If you spend over £70, we'll include this for free! If your order is under £70 and you would like Next-Day Delivery, please select this option when you checkout.

Delivery Details and Times

Please allow 3 days for standard recorded delivery. 90% of these deliveries will reach the customer within 2 days. Orders received before 3:00pm will be despatched the same day. All orders are shipped by an independent courier.

All orders shipped on a next day service (£5.00) will be sent by overnight courier, or by Royal Mail special delivery. Providing your order is placed before 12pm Monday-Thursday, it will reach you the following day between 8am and 5.30pm. All orders placed before on a Friday will reach you by 5:30pm Monday at the latest.

PLEASE NOTE: VERY OCCASIONALLY CONSIGNMENTS ARE LOST IN TRANSIT; IF THIS HAPPENS WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO TRACK THEM WITH OUR DELIVERY COMPANY AS SOON AS WE CAN, BUT DELIVERY MAY TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS.

Customer Not Present when Delivery Attempted

Delivery via our courier company will be attempted twice. After this, if the parcel is returned to us, customers will be charged £6.99 for the parcel to be sent out again. Any non-collected consignments will be charged at £6.99.

Any change of address after the order has been despatched will be charged at £6.99.

Due to our exceptional customer service records have implemented a full and conclusive returns policy, which isn’t exhaustive in content so feel free to contact us with any queries. We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Spartan supplements. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

Items Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly clearly starting that the package was damaged in transit.  For ease in dealing with damaged goods, items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.

Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 14 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our quality control we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

If you change your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt and the goods are in a resalable condition. For example, we cannot accept goods back if you have opened the product and simply do not like the taste.

The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at our premises, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method minus our original shipping and handling costs at £6.99.
